Trudinger Consulting is the entity established to provide the consulting services of John Trudinger.

John Trudinger is an Environmental Consultant with more than 40 years of experience, almost 30 years of which were with the firm of Dames & Moore. John's specialties are impact assessment particularly for mining and water storage projects, management and disposal of mine wastes, and community relations. He has particular interest and extensive experience in environmental planning for new mines in Developing Countries.

Clients of Trudinger Consulting have included: Aurora Gold Group, BHP Billiton, Normandy Mining, URS Corporation, Central Mining Research Institute (India), Environ Corp., Kingsgate Consolidated Gold Co., AMC Consultants, Giant's Reef Mining Co and BP.

John has undertaken consulting assignments in the following countries: Australia (all States), Canada, U.S.A., Papua New Guinea, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia.

John is co-author (with Karlheinz Spitz) of a book "Mining and the Environment  - From Ore to Metals" to be published by Taylor & Francis during mid-2008
